Bugsy Stevens (May 11, 1934 – May 20, 2024), born Carl Steven Berghman of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, won three consecutive NASCAR National Modified championships (1967–1969) driving the Boehler family's 'Ole Blue' No. 3. He had adopted his racing name while serving in the Air Force, so his commanding officers would not catch him racing. His resting place is unrecorded.
